I went to Fabio with a lot of pain in my back, and honestly didn’t know what to expect but the experience was incredible. He really takes the time to listen and understand where the pain is coming from, and his deep tissue massage was exactly what my body needed. The attention to detail during the session made a huge difference, and the massage felt completely customized to my problem areas. On top of that, the space is clean, cozy, and very relaxing, which instantly puts you at ease. I walked out feeling lighter, relieved, and genuinely thankful to be pain-free again. Highly recommend Fabio and definitely coming back again!

Fabio is a very skilled masseur. I had a very relaxing 90 min deep tissue full body massage with cupping to relieve tension in my back upon request. He has a comforting studio space and a pleasant caring personality which instantly put me at ease. Would definitely recommend him & hope to come back.

I've been at least 7 times at Pura Energia the last months. And I will be back for sure. Fabio is not only a wonderful masseur but also a true healer and nice person. I experience it every time when I had a session. Besides that his massage studio is very cosy, calm, clean and professional. And very central in the city. I truly can recommend Fabio. I went to Fabio with a lot of pain and accumulated tension. I got a deep tissue massage, and it worked like magic on me. Fabio is far more than a massage therapist — he’s a true healer. In all the years I’ve sought massage therapy to relieve chronic pain and deep muscle tension, I’ve never experienced such profound relief and transformation. His combination of massage and cupping works wonders, and I could already feel the positive effects right after the session. Fabio's massage had a beautiful energetic flow and it was customized with care to the specific needs of my body. Deep muscle work was combined with relaxing flowing strokes, aromatherapy, and also cupping! Highly recommended.

The way I arrived and the way I left Fabio’s studio, felt like I was living in different realities!

Fabio is such a dedicated professional and draw his talents in a very positive and holistic manner that you can just relax and trust the process!

His studio is cosy, welcoming, and relaxing!

He is an authority on his field of work! I highly recommend Fabio’s for deep tissue massage, relaxing massage and the super helpful and needed add-on the cups (those pressure/vacuum cups)!

Definitely scheduling my next visit!

The best massage I’ve done so far in Amsterdam!
When you arrive, you enter a bubble of calm and peacefulness. Fabio created a great environment for relaxation and ease.
I booked a relaxation massage which was amazing! When encountering tension, he also took the time to unknot and release it.
I left very relaxed and feeling so good!
Cherry on top, Fabio has a kind personality and takes the time for you.
If you want a great massage in the center, I can only recommend to visit! I’ll be back 🙂

That was my first time having massage with Fabio. It was spontaneous to decide & arrange massage appointment last moment. Fabio is very flexible!! The process was amazing. I have severe pain and mobility issues related to knee problems. This causes muscle spasms and tightness that can sometimes make it hard to get out of bed. Seeing Fabio over the last few months has been a game changer when it comes to both. I am able to move so much better and have gotten my pain under so much control. It’s allowed me to get a lot of my freedom back. He has helped me immensely and I will be forever grateful.

Excellent massage therapist. Studio is very welcoming and clean, Fabio is extremely professional but also just naturally skilled and intuitive. He finds and works out muscle issues I have had many other massage therapist not identify or skip over. In particular I have issues with my glutes and hips and Fabio genuinely has addressed my problem areas better than any other masseuse I’ve visited.

When you arrive at my massage studio at Vinkenstraat 194, we won’t jump straight into the massage. First, you’ll have a moment to truly arrive and let go of the outside world. This is your time to begin releasing tension—both in your body and your mind. We’ll take a few minutes to discuss your needs and focus areas so I can personalize the massage experience just for you. Once we’ve connected, I’ll guide you to the massage room, where you can undress and settle in comfortably, preparing for a deeply relaxing session tailored to you.

Hygiene and cleanliness are very important and are at core of my business. That is why you will always find a clean massage practice with nice scents to comfort you and embrace your relaxation. I chose calm natural colors to reflect my love of nature. My massage room with natural colors, soft lighting, and gentle music creates a complete sensory haven for relaxation. Earthy tones and muted shades provide a calming, harmonious backdrop, while warm, adjustable lighting enhances the serene atmosphere. Adding soft, soothing music helps clients immerse themselves in the moment, easing their mind and body into a state of deep tranquility. Together, these elements touch all the senses, transforming the space into a peaceful retreat that rejuvenates, restores and releases.

As your massage session draws to a close, I will gently let you know. Afterward, I’ll step out of the room to give you time to dress and transition back at your own pace. I’ll be waiting for you in the lounge area with a choice of coffee, tea, or water, and I’d love to hear your feedback about the experience. If you enjoyed the session, I’d greatly appreciate it if you could leave a review on Google. Finally, we’ll take care of the agreed payment (cash or card).
